Early Lead For Oklahoma Wesleyan University Seals Fate For Ecclesia College

Ecclesia College fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 26-4 loss to Oklahoma Wesleyan University on Tuesday. Oklahoma Wesleyan University scored on a single by Edwards and a single by Kelly in the second inning.

The Ecclesia College struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, giving up 26 runs.

Oklahoma Wesleyan University fired up the offense in the second inning, when Edwards singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.

Ecclesia College notched three runs in the third inning. Matt Garrison, Jeremy Green, and JT Stalnaker all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Oklahoma Wesleyan University scored 11 runs in the fifth inning. The offensive onslaught by Oklahoma Wesleyan University was led by Kelly, Henry, Lantigua, Edwards, Cronin, and Lujan, all driving in runs in the inning.
