ECCLESIA SWEEPS RANDALL ON SENIOR DAY

Game 1:

Ecclesia College Downs Randall University, 7-2

Ecclesia College defeated Randall University 7-2 on Friday.

Ecclesia College got on the board in the second inning. JT Stalnaker hit a solo homer.

Ecclesia College notched five runs in the third inning. The offensive onslaught came from a walk by Stevie Morphew, a triple by Jeremy Green, and a home run by Isaac Carlson.

Madison Bates earned the win for Ecclesia College. He surrendered two runs on three hits over seven innings, striking out eight.

Katins took the loss for Randall. He allowed five hits and six runs over three innings.

Ecclesia College tallied two home runs on the day. Carlson had a homer in the third inning. Stalnaker went yard in the second inning. Randall launched two home runs on the day. Cosby had a dinger in the fifth inning. Matejka went for the long ball in the sixth inning.

Ecclesia College collected six hits on the day. Carlson and Green all collected multiple hits for Ecclesia College. Green and Carlson each collected two hits to lead Ecclesia College.

Game 2:

Ecclesia College Victorious Randall University Saints Thanks To Third Inning Boost

Ecclesia College scored eight runs in the third on its way to a 13-2 victory over Randall on Saturday. The big inning was thanks to singles by Ethan Casey and JT Stalnaker, doubles by Zach Vincent and Stevie Morphew, a walk by Matt Garrison, and an error on a ball put in play by Cameron Dougherty.

In the bottom of the second inning, Ecclesia College tied things up at two. Garrison singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

Ecclesia College pulled away for good with eight runs in the third inning. In the third Casey singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, an error scored one run for Ecclesia College, Vincent doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run, Morphew doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs, and Stalnaker singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

Dan O'Brien earned the win for Ecclesia College. He allowed three hits and two runs over three innings, striking out four. Trever Smith threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Cordle took the loss for Randall. He went three innings, allowing ten runs on seven hits.

Ecclesia College racked up nine hits in the game. Vincent and Garrison each racked up multiple hits for Ecclesia College. Garrison and Vincent each collected two hits to lead Ecclesia College. Ecclesia College didn't commit a single error in the field. Stalnaker had the most chances in the field with seven. Garrison led Ecclesia College with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with seven stolen bases.

Game 3:

Mason Of Ecclesia College Shuts Out Randall University Saints

Mason Alexander shut down Randall, throwing a complete game shutout and leading Ecclesia College to a 11-0 victory on Saturday

Ecclesia College scored four runs in the sixth inning. Ecclesia College batters contributing to the big inning included Stevie Morphew and JT Stalnaker, all driving in runs in the frame.

One bright spot for Randall was a single by Cordle in the first inning.

Alexander led the Ecclesia College to victory on the pitcher's mound. He surrendered zero runs on six hits over six innings, striking out 12 and walking zero.

Gooch took the loss for Randall. He went four innings, allowing seven runs on five hits and striking out two.

Matt Garrison led Ecclesia College with three hits in four at bats. Ecclesia College was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Stalnaker had the most chances in the field with 14. Ecclesia College tore up the base paths, as three players stole at least two bases. Morphew led the way with three.

Cordle went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Randall in hits.
