Coach Albin brings a wealth of experience to Ecclesia College, having coached extensively at
the high school, collegiate, summer collegiate, and independent professional levels. His career
includes impactful tenures at Kansas Christian College, Southeastern Illinois College, and the
University of Saint Mary, where he played a key role in developing successful pitching staffs and
mentoring student-athletes.
During his time at Kansas Christian College, Coach Albin helped lead the program to the 2022
NCCAA World Series, where the team finished seventh in the nation. At the University of Saint
Mary, he continued to build on that success by developing the Spires' pitching staff and fostering
a competitive culture on the mound.
Coach Albin also brings an extensive background in summer collegiate baseball. In 2021, he
served on the coaching staff of the Derby Twins, helping guide the club to a fifth-place finish at
the NBC World Series. He was named head coach of the Nevada Griffons in 2022, served as
pitching coach for the Hoptown Hoppers in 2023, and led the Midwest Moo as head coach in
2024. Most recently, he served as head coach of the Fort Scott-based expansion independent
professional baseball team, which opened its inaugural season with an impressive 18 consecutive
victories.
Coach Albin's commitment to developing student-athletes, combined with his experience across
multiple levels of the game, makes him a valuable addition to the Ecclesia College baseball
program. He is excited to build a championship culture, develop players both on and off the
field, and help the Royals compete at the highest level within the NCCAA and beyond.
