Coach Blair most recently was the Head Women's Basketball Coach at Sussex County Community College, rebuilding a program that had stopped operating the season prior to her hiring.  Starting from scratch, by her second season she won the most games in a single season in school history.  By her third year she earned the first postseason berth in school history and reset almost every record in the school's history, a practice that continued the next several years until Covid restrictions eliminated post season play.

During her time at SCCC, she recruited and developed:
Two first team All-Conference selections
Three All-Region selections (2 first team, 1 third)
Fifteen Academic All-Americans
The college's first and second female 1000 point scorers
Two additional 500 point scorers
The college's first player to surpass 500 rebounds
Two players on the NJCAA National Leaderboard in scoring
One player on the NJCAA National Leaderboard in 10 different categories

Coach Blair, while head women's basketball coach at the county college, also served at Veritas Christian Academy, where she taught Gym and Art while coaching girls soccer to 2 MCAA championships while accumulating a 31-2-4 record.  She most recently was the Athletic Director at VCA, overseeing all varsity sports programs as well as restarting the softball program where she served as head coach the first season and winning the league post-season tournament.  Her coaching career includes successful stints as head coach in both soccer (38-2 including 3 undefeated seasons), and basketball (one season, setting the school record at 20-2) at the Northwest Christian School, serving as the freshman head basketball coach (11-2) and varsity assistant at Pope John High School (16-9, state quarter final finish), and working as a coach with three AAU programs; Garden State, DF Elite and Crossroads.

Coach Blair is a graduate of Houghton College where she had a successful playing career, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a triple major (Writing, English and Art) in four years while earning NCCAA East Region Honorable Mention, American Mid-East  All Conference, NAIA Academic All-American and NCCAA Academic All-American Honors.  She and her husband Stephon are proud parents of their son Leon and excited to be joining the Ecclesia family.
